1. Who we are

inukmovement.com (“the Site”, “we”, “us”) is operated by INUK Network Pvt Ltd, registered in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, India. By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.

2. Early access & the waitlist

The Site currently offers a waitlist and “movement” for an upcoming platform. Joining gives you a place in line and may grant statuses such as Pioneer or Founding User. These statuses are recognitions, not contracts, financial instruments, or guarantees of any product, payout or benefit.

3. Your account & conduct

• Give accurate information and keep your contact details current.
• Don’t create fake accounts, game referrals, or abuse Glory or Dagadi program.
• Don’t misuse, scrape, disrupt or attempt to breach the Site.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

4. Referrals & rewards

Referral links and Dagadi codes are for genuine, person-to-person sharing. Any rewards, Sparks, ranks or future revenue-share are subject to verification and anti-fraud checks, and their rules may change as the program evolves.

5. Intellectual property

The INUK name, the IN·UK mark, logos, copy and design are owned by INUK Network Pvt Ltd. You may not use them without written permission.

6. No warranty & liability

The Site is provided “as is” during early access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of an evolving prototype.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.

8. Contact & law
