1. What we collect

• What you give us: your name, email or mobile number, photo, and location (city/village) when you join or build your profile.
• How you use the Site: basic, mostly anonymous analytics — pages viewed, referrals, and rough device info.
• Referrals: who invited you, and who you invite, to run Glory and Dagadi fairly.

2. Why we use it

• To place you on the waitlist and Glory, and to recognise Pioneers & Founding Users.
• To send you essential updates about your place and the launch.
• To run referrals, prevent fraud, and improve the product.

3. OTP & verification

We use your email or mobile number to send a one-time code and verify it’s really you. Standard messaging rates from your provider may apply.

4. Sharing

We don’t sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers (e.g. hosting, messaging, analytics) who process it on our behalf, and only as needed — or where the law requires.

5. What’s public

Some profile details you choose — like your display name, photo, location and Pioneer/Founding status — may appear publicly on Glory and, later, in inuk.social. You control what you add.

6. Your choices

• Access, correct or delete your information any time.
• Unsubscribe from non-essential messages.
• Ask us to remove your account — write to us and we’ll take care of it.

7. Security & retention

Security isn’t an afterthought here — INUK is built on security-first principles, with bank-grade security protecting your data in transit and at rest. We follow least-privilege access, encryption and regular reviews, and keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.

We’re working toward formal security certifications and will showcase them here as they’re in place.
